Communication was good, but I didn't get what I asked for. I sent him all the questions in a really good XLS beforehand so he could check if he is able to create the Google Forms as needed, he told me he can. During the process I told him that somethings aren't like intended and he told me that what I want isn't even possible with Google Forms! So I needed to tell the client about this, they weren't that happy of course. Also we had to do some revisions with the same points over and over which is really time-consuming. All in all I can work with what I got but I had to invest some time myself to make it usable.
