Create A Functional Excel Sheet For Inventory Management

As a Chief Operations Officer and Inventory Manager, I know what it takes to ensure success. I will create a dynamic spreadsheet that will ensure your company maintains a high level of proficiency with product inventory. This spreadsheet will be in Excel format, unless a different format is requested.



In order for the sheet to work it's magic and get your inventory management to the next level, there will be some data needed, such as:

• Sales for each product from the last 7 and 30 days.

• Product names, SKUs, UPCs and current stock levels.

• Any specific data you want to be included into the spreadsheet not listed above.

I will:

• Need access to sales analytics that pertain to inventory for at least the last 30 days

• Send screenshot updates (or live video screen share) of progress if the project is more than 2 days

I will not:

• Need access to any analytics that do not pertain to product inventory

• Create graphs or charts
